Soursop:

A traditional ice cream from the Caribbean is soured milk. We discussed the flavour’s diversity of ice cream flavors, from sweet to acidic, in a lengthy blog post. Visit the blog by clicking this link. Island Pops were also created through an ice cream experiment using soursop! In our Mother’s Day 2021 blog article, Khalid related the tale of how, while suffering from chikungunya, his co-founder and wife Shelly developed a strong need for Soursop ice cream. In an attempt to cheer Shelly up, Khalid made a batch, and voila—Island Pops was created.

Falooda:

We take inspiration from the popular drink, but our organic Falooda ice cream is a unique treat. We wrapped the best Lebanese rose water, which serves as the foundation for our classic pink ice cream, in noodles, pistachios, and basil seeds. The outcome is a delightfully creamy and sweet experience that is almost milkshake-like; you must try our Falooda flavour.

Additionally, there is a somewhat tart aftertaste that enhances the flavour. Pairs nicely with: Experts suggest adding chopped nuts, rose petals, and your preferred syrup, as the ice cream is already so flavorful and creamy. You might also include some fresh fruit, like berries or mango.

Ovaltine:

Many individuals in the Caribbean may have childhood memories of the nostalgic hot malt drink brand Ovaltine. We packed Ovaltine biscuits in our lunch boxes to take to school, and we enjoyed hot cups in the morning and evening! When Khalid was younger, he would devour the crumbly pieces of dry Ovaltine straight from the spoon, devoid of any milk! We have a cold, creamy version of this ice cream flavour that you can scoop and enjoy instead of drinking the sweet maltiness in a hot mug (or, as in Khalid’s case, dry on a spoon).

Custard Apple:

We use the Taylormate ice cream machine and Caribbean fruit cherimoya to make our Custard Apple flavour.  This ice cream is produced just for you with pure pulp from tropical fruit and no artificial components! It tastes and feels creamy and custardy, with a persistent tropical fruit flavour. Did we also mention that it doesn’t contain gluten? Pairs nicely with We adore topping this ice cream with granola or muesli and a honey drizzle. If you want something a little different, you can also add some fresh nuts and cinnamon on top.

Pistachio with Saffron:

We used the taste of honey and the scent of saffron, which is a favourite taste of the East. To achieve a little chewy texture and a perfectly sweet and organic Saffron Pistachio ice cream, we steeped the saffron for two hours before crushing it in organic milk and combining it with roasted California pistachios. A unique sensory experience is unleash when the delicate, creamy, almost warm flavour of saffron combines with the nearly nutty vanilla flavour of pistachios. Goes well This ice cream tastes great with rose water syrup. Bananas and maple syrup is a fantastic alternative.

Vanilla with Chocolate:

The classics are always the best option sometimes! Vanilla and chocolate have been friends since the inception of ice cream. This popular combo is classy, smooth, and elegant. No matter where you are or how you’re feeling, vanilla and chocolate will make you feel good. Add a little chocolate sauce drizzle to make it even more spectacular.

Oreo and Coffee:

What’s not to enjoy? Combining the most popular drink and biscuit for everyone. Although coffee-flavoured ice cream is incredibly cooling, its potent flavour can occasionally take centre stage. You could add some Oreo ice cream or crumbled cookie pieces to give it a whole new, sweeter edge.
